Vendor/Exhibitor Registration Info
AFRICAN MARKETPLACE & Cultural Festival
12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. November 20, 2021
Hillside Community Center; 925 South Institute; Colorado Springs, CO
The vendor/exhibitor registration fee are:
$75 Non-Profit 501c Tax exempt organizations
$100 For-Profit small businesses
$200 Food & Beverage vendors
$300 Medium and Large Corporations, School Districts, and Colleges/Universities.
Your non-refundable vendor registration fee provides one pre-assigned 10×10 space/booth, one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Additional spaces/booths are available for an additional vendor fee. Vendor/Exhibitor setup is strictly from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 21, 2021. Any Vendor or Exhibitor arriving after 11:30 a.m. will be turned away without refund. Doors open for the public at 12:00 noon.
AGREEMENT: By becoming a vendor/exhibitor of the African Marketplace, I understand and agree that I am responsible for sales tax collecting and sales tax reporting in relation to any item(s) that I sell. I also understand and agree that I will be asked to leave this event if I am found in violation of this agreement.
